3.  TEMPORARILY BY- PASS YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER If you click on a link to a desired web site and you get a ‘beep’ and a ‘page not available’ message then your pop-up blocker is probably doing its job and blocking the site.  Many pop-up blockers can be temporarily by-passed by holding down the Ctrl key when you click on the link to the site.  If you have the Google task bar installed, click on the pop-up blocker area to release the site lock.  If it is still blocked, open Internet Explorer and click on ‘Tools’ on the menu bar.  Then click on ‘turn off pop-up’ blocker.  If that works, you may want to reactivate the blocker and then click on ‘pop-up blocker settings’ to enter the ‘allowed web site’ in the future.  If you still can’t get into the site (and you are sure that you typed in the correct address) contact me and I’ll send you an Email with other things you can try.
TIPS

1.  COPY and PASTE  I’m sure you’ve found yourself in a situation where you would like to copy something, be it selected text or an image, and the page you are on doesn’t have a menu with those features.  The solution is simple... Just click on the Control Key... Holding it down, click on the ‘C’ key.  This copies the text to the Windows Clipboard ready to be pasted.  Now, go to where you want the text or the image, click to place the cursor and this time, press the Control and V keys.
