Welcome to  ‘’THE SUMNER ADVANTAGE’ web site.  This was my first web site, created in early 2000.  Since that time, I've created over 100 sites for small businesses and non-profits.  To see them, take a look at www.sumnerswebs.com.  The software technology has changed dramatically since this site was created.  I've often said that I should really  do a full update on this site; however, there is something to be said for nostalgia.  That, and the fact that I simply haven't had the time, have come into play.
